There is a radio / music system and a selection of CD’S for you to relax and swoon to as well as magazines and books to dip into. We also have a library of books and magazines at home, if you would like more choice. There is also a dvd player and a selection of dvd’s for a relaxed movie watching evening. .

Lower deck – hammock, steamer lounge for a secluded snooze. When it gets cool at night (and it often is quite a lot cooler here because of the elevation) close the doors and curl up in front of a wood fire with a hot drink or a glass of wine. When the days are warm, open the house right up and let the breezes, cooled by the lake, refresh you.

The Boathouse is a non smoking cottage.

Snuggle up on the inviting and comfy daybed with beautiful views through to the rainforest. Light the little wood fire when the weather is nice and chilly; serenade your loved one on the guitar or play a board game on the card table.

Beside the rainforest and underneath an ancient fig tree, is a wonderful fire pit with relaxing chairs and a table, just a perfect place to end the afternoon with a glass of wine.
