Not at all far from Brisbane, high up in a beautiful micro region, High Country Hamlets, on the Great Dividing Range is the tiny green jewel of Ravensbourne. Some twenty years ago, we chanced upon this magic place and created Cloudlake, our organic retreat, in a hidden valley near Ravensbourne National Park.
Cloudlake is a Land for Wildlife and Humane Society property and is home to over 130 species of birds as well as wallabies, echidnas and sometimes platypus in the creek.
We invite you to unwind and recharge in one of our relaxing holiday cottages, The Boathouse or Mother of Ducks, overlooking our private lake or Romany Wood, a gypsy caravan, with its romantic tented bedroom, in a private glade on the edge of the rainforest.
Imagine exploring the landscaped gardens, orchards and vineyard or simply losing yourself in the cool lush rainforest with its ancient trees along the creek.

THE BOATHOUSE - a private sanctuary of romance with everything you need - water views, warming wood fire, large bath for two and a kitchen to cook up a storm.
Mother Of Ducks
MOTHER OF DUCKS - will gather you all up together with all you need -
two bedrooms and two bathrooms, large dining and lounge room with cosy wood fire, and wrap around verandahs overlooking the lake and downstairs a terrace with barbecue.
Romany Wood
ROMANY WOOD is the perfect, totally secluded escape from the world, right beside the rainforest - large tented bedroom, Arts and Crafts gypsy caravan with its own amenities, canopied kitchen with everything you would need and a fire pit under the fig tree.
